Dodging the Wetlands

This farmer has taken a lot of time to seed, spray, and swath, and will soon combine around these wetlands. He could drain them, saving time and increasing yields, but has not. There is so much value for humanity, and our ecological community, that these wetlands stay intact. Now if we only paid the farmer for his time protecting something that is so important to us all.

More people need to make sacrifices like this farmer's so that what belongs to everybody can be protected.

Good use of land - at least he hasn't filled them in.

I'm not sure if it's an environmentally conscious famer, or just that filling in wetlands is expensive.
